One of the responsibilities of the Eagle Fire Department is to make sure that Commercial Facilities meet all applicable fire codes. This is to ensure the safety of a business's clients and employees. These inspections are required by the fire code and Commercial Property Owners are required to allow the inspections and follow the suggestions. Further, failure to adhere to fire code may subject commercial property owners to fines or penalty's.
